How do I use the VORELL routine?

The glow ritual: after cleansing, start with Water Glow Tonic (sweep on with a cotton pad, no rinsing), then Water Glow Serum once the skin is dry, and finish with Water Glow Bubble Mask — work the foam in for thirty seconds; it isn't rinsed off either. Shine Boost Face & Body Serum is a separate series and is not part of this ritual. Finish your morning routine with SPF.

How long does it take to see results?

From the first use, skin feels more hydrated, smoother and livelier. For visible changes such as a more even tone and a glow from within, we usually suggest 4 to 6 weeks of regular use, which matches the skin's renewal cycle. Patience and consistency give the best results.

Is the real pearl extract in Shine Boost Face & Body Serum safe for skin?

Yes. The pearl extract we use is cosmetic grade and processed in a dermatologically tested form. It spreads light evenly across the surface rather than scattering it in specks; it leaves no sparkling particles on the skin, rarely transfers to clothing, and washes out easily if it does. The formula also includes ceramide NP, squalane, jojoba oil and centella asiatica for barrier care. Its real home is the body — arms, legs and décolletage — and it can be used on the face too.

Can I use it during pregnancy or on sensitive skin?

Our formulas are gentle and alcohol-free. Water Glow Tonic contains glycolic and salicylic acid, but because they work alongside hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and panthenol, it does not sting or dry the skin. We designed every product to be easily tolerated by sensitive skin. Even so, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a known skin condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before use and patch-testing any new product on your inner arm for 24 hours.

Are your products vegan, and do you test on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals. The entire GLOW series is vegan formulated. Shine Boost Face & Body Serum, however, is not vegan because it contains real pearl extract; stating that openly and honestly matters to us. Our vegan and cruelty-free certification processes are ongoing, and we will announce the documents on this page once they are complete.
