Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the vorell.co website (the "Site") operated by DOBA GROUP MEDİKAL SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. ("VORELL", the "Company"). By visiting and/or using the Site, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, we kindly ask you not to use the Site.

1. Parties and Definitions

• Company / Seller: DOBA GROUP MEDİKAL SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.
• Site: The website published under the vorell.co domain name.
• User: The natural or legal person who visits the Site and/or shops through the Site.

2. Use of the Site

• The User agrees to use the Site solely for purposes that comply with the law, with morality and with these Terms.
• The User may not engage in any activity that would harm the operation of the Site, endanger its security or provide unauthorized access to systems.
• The User undertakes that all information shared on the Site is accurate, up to date and complete. Liability arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information rests with the User.
• The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue the content of the Site, the products and services, the prices and the campaigns at any time and without prior notice.

3. Membership

• Creating a membership may be required in order to shop through the Site. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during membership.
• The User is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password belonging to the membership account. The User is responsible for all transactions carried out through the account.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership in the event of a breach of these Terms.
• The User has the right to terminate their membership at any time.

4. Products, Orders and the Agreement

• The products on the Site are cosmetic and personal care products; they are not of the nature of medical treatment or medicinal products. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes.
• Using the products in accordance with the instructions is the responsibility of the User. Users with sensitivities are advised to review the ingredient information before use and to consult a specialist where necessary.
• Matters relating to the order process, delivery, returns and the right of withdrawal are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement approved during the completion of the order and to the provisions of the relevant consumer legislation.
• Prices and stock availability may change; in the event of obvious material errors (such as gross pricing errors), the Company has the right to cancel the order and the amount collected is refunded.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The VORELL trademark, logos, designs, texts, images, videos, graphics, software and all other content on the Site belong to the Company or to its licensors and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, trademark legislation and other intellectual property legislation. The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company does not undertake that the Site will operate without interruption, without error and securely. Temporary interruptions in access to the Site may occur due to technical failures, maintenance work or force majeure events.
• The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party links accessed through the Site or for the privacy practices of those sites.
• To the maximum extent permitted by the legislation, the Company cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. This article does not limit the mandatory rights arising from consumer legislation that are in favor of the User.

7. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, epidemic disease, war, strikes, cyberattacks, decisions of official authorities, and infrastructure and communication failures, no liability arises for the Company if it fails to perform its obligations or performs them late.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data belonging to the User is processed within the scope of the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice (KVKK: Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and the Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you accept that you have been informed about the practices explained in these texts.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current Terms enter into force on the date they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes means that you accept the current Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Turkish law applies to the implementation and interpretation of these Terms. The İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes that may arise between the parties. For Users who qualify as consumers, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence also have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined in the relevant legislation.
