Tracking your order is simple.

Your order status

You are notified by email when your order is confirmed and when it is handed to the carrier. Click the tracking link in that email to follow your parcel in real time.

Tracking from your account

Sign in and open My Orders to see the status of every order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Shipping is free on orders of ₺1,500 and above.
