Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in order to inform the BUYER (Consumer) before a distance contract is concluded, pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The BUYER cannot place an order without reading and approving this form and the Distance Sales Agreement electronically. By approving this form, the BUYER accepts that it has been informed of the essential characteristics of the product subject to the order, the sales price, the payment and delivery terms and the right of withdrawal.

2. BUYER (CONSUMER) DETAILS

The BUYER's name/surname/title, delivery and billing address, telephone and e-mail details are as set out in the order form completed at the time of the order.

3. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, contents and essential characteristics of the product(s) subject to the Agreement are set out on the relevant product page of the vorell.co website and in the order summary. The contents, use and storage conditions of VORELL branded cosmetic and personal care products are stated on the product packaging and on the product page. The BUYER is obliged to read the product descriptions before purchase.

4. PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Note on the price of the product being displayed at the time of the order: The current sales price of the product including all taxes, campaign and discount amounts, and the shipping/delivery fee if any, are clearly shown to the BUYER on the relevant product page and on the order summary (cart/checkout) screen at the moment the order is placed. Prices may be updated until the order is completed; the price valid for the BUYER is the price at the moment the order is confirmed.
  • The listed prices are the current sales prices, and the announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated and changed.
  • The total sales amount consists of the product price plus the delivery/shipping fee, if any, and is shown to the BUYER before payment.
  • Payment is made by credit card/debit card or by the other methods offered by the SELLER, depending on the payment method selected by the BUYER. Card payments are carried out via the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
  • Where a wire transfer/EFT option is offered, payment is made to the bank account registered in the name of DOBA GROUP MEDİKAL SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (the IBAN is provided at the time of the order / upon request).

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION AND COSTS

  • The product is delivered to the delivery address stated by the BUYER at the time of the order via the contracted shipping companies Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, Sürat Kargo and PTT Kargo through the Geliver integration.
  • The delivery period starts following confirmation of the order and receipt of payment, and in no case exceeds the statutory maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.
  • The shipping/delivery fee is applied according to the following terms: ₺149.90 standard shipping; free shipping on orders of ₺1,500 and above. It is shown to the BUYER in the order summary.
  • Who bears the delivery cost is stated in the order summary.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may withdraw from the Agreement by exercising its right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it takes delivery of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For contracts relating to the performance of services, this period starts on the date the contract is concluded.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, notice must be given to the SELLER in writing or on a durable medium within the applicable period. The withdrawal notice may be sent to the e-mail address hello@vorell.co or to the SELLER's address stated above.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised:

  • The BUYER shall return the product to the SELLER within 10 (ten) days from the date on which it sends the notice.
  • The SELLER shall refund all payments to the BUYER, including delivery costs if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the withdrawal notice reaches it.
  • The invoice/delivery note required for the return must be sent together with the product and all of its accessories/packaging.
  • The return shipping cost due to withdrawal is borne by the SELLER; the SELLER is not liable for the cost of returns made with a carrier other than the one indicated by the SELLER.

7. CASES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Customized products prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or personal needs.
  • Products that are perishable or that may expire.
  • Products whose packaging, tape, seal or protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene. Once the protective tape/packaging of VORELL cosmetic and personal care/hygiene products has been opened, they are assessed within this scope and cannot be accepted for return.
  • Products that become mixed with other products after delivery and that cannot, by their nature, be separated.
  • Products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets and which are beyond the SELLER's control.
  • Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly.
  • Services the performance of which has begun with the BUYER's approval before the withdrawal period expires.

8. COMPLAINT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AUTHORITIES

The BUYER may submit its complaints and objections regarding the Agreement to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts at the place where it purchased the product or where it resides, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. 9. APPROVAL

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that it has read and understood the SELLER's identity and contact details, the essential characteristics of the product, the fact that the sales price including all taxes will be displayed at the time of the order, the payment and delivery terms, the conditions, period and procedure of the right of withdrawal and the cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, all of which are set out in this Preliminary Information Form, and that it has approved this form and the Distance Sales Agreement electronically.
